Our Services

Our Comprehensive Services Overview

  • End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)

End-stage renal disease is the final stage of chronic kidney disease, where kidneys can no longer function adequately. Patients often require dialysis or kidney transplantation for survival.

  • Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

Chronic kidney disease is a gradual loss of kidney function over time. It can result from various conditions, including diabetes and hypertension, and can lead to kidney failure if not managed properly.

  • Dialysis-related Conditions

Patients undergoing dialysis may experience various complications, such as hypotension, infections, and bone mineral disorders. Regular monitoring and management are essential for these patients.

  • Kidney Transplantation

Kidney transplantation is a surgical procedure to replace a diseased kidney with a healthy one from a donor. It can significantly improve quality of life and kidney function for eligible patients.

  • Jamie Wilder

    NP

Jamie Wilder became a nurse practitioner out of a deep passion for supporting the primary care needs of vulnerable and rural populations. With a nursing career that began in 2004, she has served as a nephrology nurse practitioner for over two years. After relocating to Wyoming seven years ago, Jamie quickly developed a strong appreciation for the state and all it has to offer.

With more than 15 years of experience in nephrology, including 13 years dedicated to dialysis as both a nurse and a manager, Jamie has built a career focused on the care of patients with kidney disease. In her current role as a nephrology nurse practitioner, she provides care in a variety of settings, including the hospital, outpatient dialysis clinics, and chronic kidney disease clinics.

Since stepping into the nurse practitioner role, Jamie has maintained a consistent philosophy of care: “utilizing collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered goals that are both reasonable and achievable.” This collaborative approach not only improves patient outcomes but also fosters strong, lasting professional relationships.
